Picture gliding through lily-scattered Okavango Delta channels on a houseboat, hippos snorting just off the bow. Or waking in a Bakalanga hut among baobabs as fat as cathedrals, the dawn chorus as your alarm clock. Whether this is your first safari or your tenth, our expert guides and on-the-ground knowledge will take you deeper into Southern Africa, brilliantly and honestly, and definitely with no airs or graces.
We specialise in two countries that we know down to the dust, Botswana and Namibia… and offer two very different ways of being wild.
38% of Botswana is dedicated to wildlife, much of it only reachable by mokoro, boat or wing. It’s also home to some of Africa’s finest reserves, from the Okavango Delta, the Moremi and the Makgadikgadi salt pans – and it’s properly, gloriously wild.
With its apricot dunes and gravel plains so vast you can see them from space, Namibia plays tricks on the eyes. Add a 55-million-year-old desert and elephants padding across the sand, and it’s a country that’s made for adventure, just the way we like it.
